The duties of the DCM are described in the AA World Service Manual Chapter 3.

The DCM is to provide District 21 Trusted Servants and Committee Chairs with support and guidance.

The DCM is the Chairperson of District 21’s monthly meetings and during Sharing Sessions is to “function more as a timekeeper than a participant.”

The DCM is to work with Secretary to have written agenda in accordance with conscience of District 21 no later than week prior to the next meeting.

Will attend SWRSAA, SW Regional Forum, Area Assemblies and Area Committee Meetings.
